A focused 90-minute working session on your specific challenge — whether that is business structure, brand positioning, growth strategy, or sourcing. Within 48 hours you will receive a written strategy brief with our analysis, clear recommendations, and prioritised next steps. You can also request the session recording.
For a Discovery Call, nothing at all — just show up. For a Strategy Session, we will email you a short brief template after booking to help you structure your thoughts. The more context you share in advance, the more focused and valuable the session will be — but there is no formal requirement.
We offer a full refund for Strategy Sessions cancelled more than 48 hours in advance. Within 48 hours, we will reschedule at no charge. Discovery Calls are free, so cancellations carry no financial impact. We understand that plans change — we are flexible.
All standard sessions are conducted via video call — Google Meet or Zoom — making them accessible from anywhere in the world. In-person sessions in London can be arranged for Full Engagement clients on request, subject to availability and location.
Every Full Engagement is bespoke — scoped around your business's exact needs. It typically covers one or more of our three pillars (Build, Brand, Source) with regular check-ins, defined deliverables, and direct access to our verified manufacturer network.
