Trixure Consulting was founded by a UK-based business strategist who spent years watching talented entrepreneurs struggle — not because their ideas were bad, but because the systems, brand positioning, and supply chain behind them were never properly built.

Starting with business advisory and international trade consultancy, and growing through hands-on importing experience since 2018, Trixure was built to bring that same infrastructure advantage to entrepreneurs and growing brands — at a scale and price point that actually works for them.
In 2026, the founder completed a three-week business trip to China — attending the Canton Fair in Guangzhou, visiting manufacturers across battery, energy storage, electronics, and industrial product categories, and building direct relationships with quality inspection firms and freight operators. The result was a verified network of manufacturer relationships that no sourcing platform can replicate.
Trixure Group Limited was formally registered in the UK in 2023 and the Trixure name trademarked — anchoring the business as a permanent, professional entity with a long-term vision that extends well beyond consulting.
